Huboo Corporate Videography: Bringing Team and Company Culture to Life

The Challenge

Communicating the Human Side of a Technology-Driven Business

Fulfilment is a complex service involving logistics, technology, customer support, sales, and warehouse operations. Explaining this through written marketing materials alone can make the company feel technical or impersonal.

Huboo needed video content that would present the organisation through its people. The films had to communicate professional expertise while also showing an approachable workplace, an active company culture, and the personalities of employees working across different departments.

The content also needed to speak to several audiences simultaneously: prospective employees considering Huboo as a workplace, businesses evaluating the company as a fulfilment partner, and professional contacts encountering the brand through social media or corporate presentations.

Project Objectives

Creating Versatile Corporate Videos for Multiple Audiences

The production focused on four principal goals:

  • Introduce Huboo through authentic employee perspectives.

  • Communicate the company’s culture and working environment.

  • Create engaging employer-branding content for recruitment and social media.

  • Produce professional corporate films that could also support sales, partnerships, and brand communication.

Corporate Video Strategy

Combining Employee Interviews with Workplace Storytelling

Rather than relying on a traditional corporate voice-over, the videos were structured around interviews with members of Huboo’s sales and talent-acquisition teams.

This interview-led format allowed employees to explain their roles and experiences in their own voices. It made the company story feel more personal while giving viewers a clearer understanding of the people, expertise, and values behind the organisation.

Each interview was supported by footage showing employees at work, communicating with colleagues, moving through the office, and interacting within the fulfilment environment. These scenes provided context and prevented the films from feeling like a sequence of static talking-head interviews.

Showing Both Office and Warehouse Operations

Huboo’s business connects technology, communication, and physical fulfilment. It was therefore important to represent more than one side of the company.

Filming took place across both the office and warehouse environments. Office footage introduced the sales and talent teams, while warehouse scenes communicated the scale, movement, and operational character of the business.

Combining these environments created a more complete company portrait. Viewers could see both the people communicating Huboo’s services and the workplace where fulfilment operations take place.

Pre-Production and Storyboarding

Planning the Narrative Before Filming

Corporate videography becomes more effective when the central message, interview structure, and supporting scenes are defined before the production day.

For Huboo, pre-production included discussing the communication objectives, planning the employee interviews, identifying useful workplace situations, and developing a storyboard for the filming process.

The storyboard functioned as a visual roadmap. It helped organise the sequence of interviews and supporting footage while ensuring that the office, warehouse, employees, and company atmosphere would all contribute to the same narrative.

This preparation made it possible to work efficiently on location while still leaving space for authentic interactions and spontaneous moments.

The Solution

Three Corporate Films Built Around Real Employee Stories

The final production consisted of three individual videos featuring members of Huboo’s sales and talent-acquisition teams.

Each film combined:

  • A professionally recorded employee interview.

  • Portrait-style footage of the featured team member.

  • Office and workplace scenes.

  • Footage of team communication and daily activities.

  • Warehouse and fulfilment-process visuals.

  • Professionally edited sequences designed for online viewing.

Producing several focused videos instead of one long corporate film gave Huboo greater flexibility. Individual employee stories could be published separately, used within recruitment campaigns, shared on social media, or incorporated into broader presentations.

Results

A More Personal and Versatile Corporate Communication Library

The completed videos gave Huboo a professional way to present its people, culture, and working environment to audiences who might never visit the company in person.

The films supported employer branding by showing potential applicants the atmosphere behind the job descriptions. At the same time, the office and warehouse footage helped clients and partners better understand the company as an active, people-driven fulfilment organisation.

Because the production combined interviews, workplace activity, operational footage, and team interactions, the material could support several communication goals without appearing generic.

The project also established a coherent visual connection between Huboo’s corporate videography and the professional portraits produced for members of the same teams.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • 01
    What is corporate videography?

Corporate videography is the production of professional video content for a company’s marketing, recruitment, sales, internal communication, events, or brand storytelling.

It can include company films, employee interviews, recruitment videos, client testimonials, workplace stories, event coverage, and social media content.

  • 02
    What is an employer-branding video?

No. This approach can also be used for actors, musicians, designers, artists, writers and other creative professionals who need portraits with a distinctive story or visual identity.

  • 03
    What is an employer-branding video?

An employer-branding video presents the company as a workplace. It may feature employees, company culture, office environments, daily responsibilities, and professional-development opportunities.

The goal is to help potential candidates understand what it feels like to work for the organisation.

  • 04
Why include employees in a corporate video?

Real employees add personality and credibility to a company story. Interviews allow viewers to hear directly from the people behind the organisation rather than relying entirely on scripted marketing statements.

  • 05
Can a corporate video be filmed at our office or facility?

Yes. On-location filming makes it possible to show the real working environment, employees, processes, interiors, and atmosphere of the business.

Before production, the location and filming schedule should be reviewed to identify the most useful scenes and minimise disruption to daily operations.

  • 06
How should employees prepare for a filmed interview?

Participants usually receive guidance about the interview topic, clothing, filming setup, and expected format before production.

It is generally more effective to prepare themes and questions rather than asking employees to memorise complete scripts. This helps the answers remain natural.

  • 07
Can one filming day provide several videos?

Yes. A carefully planned production can generate multiple employee interviews, shorter social media edits, workplace footage, recruitment content, and material for a longer company film.

The number of deliverables depends on the production scope, locations, participants, and required video formats.

  • 08
Where can corporate videos be used?

Corporate video content can be used on:

    • Company websites and career pages.

    • LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

    • Recruitment campaigns and job advertisements.

    • Sales and partnership presentations.

    • Trade fairs and business events.

    • Internal communication channels.

    • Digital advertising campaigns.

  • 09
Do corporate videos require a storyboard?

Not every project requires a detailed illustrated storyboard, but each production benefits from a clear structure.

A storyboard or filming plan helps define the narrative, interview sequence, locations, supporting footage, and intended edits before filming begins.

Planning a Corporate or Employer-Branding Video?

A corporate video should go beyond showing an office or explaining a service. It should help clients, candidates, and partners understand who the company is and what makes its people stand out. Whether you need employer-branding content, employee interviews, or video for presentations and social media, the production can be tailored to your key audiences and communication goals.
